INFO FOR VENDORS 

By agreeing to vend at this festival, you agree to donate a percentage of your profits for the day to Emmaus Live! to be divided between R.A.F.T. (Recovering Adolescents and Families Together) of Emmaus and the University of Pennsyvlania's Center for Addiction Studies.  We will collect your proceeds within a week of the festival.

Emmaus Live! will not charge any fees to vend at this festival, but if you have been selected to vend food, you will be expected to pay the Health Inspector's $25 fee to clear you for participation on the morning of the festival.

All vending sites will be pre-assigned and you will be expected to locate at that assigned site and to keep it reasonably clean.

You will be responsible for providing a table and, if desired, a portable tent to protect your merchandise from inclement weather.

If you agree to vend at this festival, you agree to participate during the hours of 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. unless otherwise agreed beforehand with Emmaus Live! coordinators.

 

\\INFO FOR DONORS OF RAFFLE ITEMS

No alcohol or smoking paraphernalia will be accepted as raffle items.

Emmaus Live! volunteers will be happy to pick up your donated items, but they must be received by August 18, 2015.

We will display your business cards with your donated item if you provide them to us with the item.

If your item is not raffled off, we will return it to you by August 29, 2015.
